I Love Sketches by Tsunami Rose - Day 3

I'm slightly behind with this, so am going to post the days I need separately but without much chat if that's ok?
This is the Day 3 sketch

And here's what I came up with. I am fairly new to using sketches but loved the simplicity of this design. However, when it came to it, I struggled to come up with a design. I had some papers and images left over from the Nitwits Hey Cupcake range and added the die-cut sentiment and flowers.

Overall it's a nice effect, but I may well re-visit this sketch to see what else I can come up with.
